Extension San Luis Program Fees

Programs in Your Classroom

  • 50 minute program – $2.00 per student up to 35 students (grades 1-12) or 20 students (Pre-K and K)
  • 50 minute program – $2.00 per participant up to 50 adults.
  • Assembly program – $100.00 per program for up to 150 adults or students.

We request that at least one assistant be provided to greet Mission San Luis educators upon arrival, help with set up, act as liaison with the facility and students throughout the duration of the program(s), and assist with the clean up process. A limit of 5 outreach programs per day and a lunch break are requested.

Programs presented outside of Tallahassee city limits must be booked 6 weeks prior to the date of the program. If programs are located more than 50 miles from Tallahassee, a minimum of 2 scheduled programs is required.

How to Make Reservations

Call 850.245.6406 for reservations and information. Please have the following information ready: approximate date, program selection(s), name and location of school, number of students, and grade level. A $15.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due 10 days before your program date. If the program is scheduled less than 10 days before your program date, the deposit is required upon registration. The remainder of the payment must be made via purchase order or by cash or check on the date of the program(s).

After You Reserve

About a month before your visit you will receive a confirmation/invoice and a Teacher Resource Packet containing valuable educational resources and activities. Next
